2023 Budget Programmes and Financial Allocations of Cadastre and Urban Development Committees Presented

“About 4 billion 418 million AMD will be allocated for the structure in 2023,” the Head of the RA Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan said presenting the budget programmes of the structure at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Economic Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.

According to him, it is planned to implement the Implementation of state policy in the field of real estate cadastre management programme within the mentioned amount, the purpose of which is the development of the unified state real estate cadastre system, the recognition, guarantee and protection of rights to real estate by the state.

In order to develop the field of geodesy and cartography, it is planned to continue the work of creating the cartographic base of settlements in the geographic information system, the plans of the adjusted cadastral districts of communities completely covered by orthophoto plans, the work of observing additional points for the purpose of correcting the cadastral districts of communities and completely correcting the outer borders of the districts.

Answering the question of the NA deputy Hovik Aghazaryan, Suren Tovmasyan noted that currently there are 37.000 voluntary buildings registered in the republic.

The RA Chairman of Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan, presenting the budget programmes of the structure headed by him, noted that, around 2 billion 30 million AMD will be allocated in 2023 within the framework of the Implementation and regulation of state policy in the field of urban development and architecture program, including the maintenance costs of the management apparatus - 685 million. The purpose of the programme is to continue the development and continuous modernization of normative documents that are a means of state regulation of urban development activities, their harmonization with international norms, the development of sustainable urban development of territories and settlements and the development of combined spatial planning documents of communities contributing to it.

It is planned to ensure the safe and accessible operation of the most important buildings and structures in Yerevan and the regions, which are most usable and exploitable by the public. During the year 2023, in the mentioned direction, it is planned to implement the conclusions of the inspection of the technical condition of 29 most important buildings in the city of Yerevan and the acquisition of building passports.

According to Armen Ghularyan, the structure headed by him cooperates with the Cadastre Committee, Yerevan Municipality on the solution of various urban development problems.
